Soni is the former Founder President of the Rajasthan State Officers & Employees joint Federation & Rajasthan Rajya Karmchari Sangh (Yuva).

Much like his father, he is also committed to social service & serving the nation. He is the son of freedom fighter Shri Arvind Kumar Soni, who played a significant role in the Quit India Movement & the Jaipur Satyagraha movement. 

Soni initiated & led several campaigns in the field of social service. Some notable works include:

4. Awareness programs on "Curbing Corruption & Irregularities & Making the Country & State Development-oriented" through the implementation & promotion of government circulars.
